Delivery
Delivery is currently free on the island of Ireland and for almost all products is completed within 2-5 weeks depending on the geographic location of our customers. While every effort will be made to keep within this time frame it may not always be possible to do so – in the event of a late delivery we will inform you ASAP. www.celticcraftcompany.com will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Once an item is ordered our craft team begin to hand build and design the piece, you will then be contacted ASAP regarding an approximate delivery date which will normally be from Mon – Fri inclusive during normal business hours. You will also be contacted a day or two before the actual delivery and be given a more accurate delivery date, the delivery driver will also contact ahead of the actual delivery on the delivery date.
The onus is on you to make sure all phone calls/voice messages are answered, failure to do so may result in non-delivery. If delivery outside of these hours or on a specific day/time is required we will strive to accommodate you but this may not be possible and may possibly incur additional delivery charges.
Returns
If a sold item is returned to us in pristine condition and in its original packaging without any signs of damage within fourteen calendar days of the signed delivery docket, then we will refund the original sale price. However the cost of delivery to our studio in County Meath, Rep. of Ireland must be paid in full by the purchasing customer irrespective of the delivery location. The item in question cannot be a custom order.
If these conditions are not met, requests for refunds regrettably cannot be entertained.
